How it works.
There are three packages to choose from;
1: Logo Package
2: Level up Package
3: Touch Point Design Package
Once a package is selected the process will start. The 5 step process will start. is a 5 step process consisting of 1: Proposal, 2: Discovery, 3: Concepts, 4: Refinement, and 5: Launch. The average timeline for the Logo package is 3/4 weeks. The Level up package time-line is roughly 6/8 weeks.

1 Proposal
Fill out the form on my contact page to get in touch. Next, we set up a time to have a brief call to get acquainted and discuss the scope of the project as well as timeline. At this point, I will send a proposal and contract. Once approved, a 50% deposit* is required in order for me to begin. The remaining payment will be due after the work is completed.
*On larger projects, payment plans with milestones may be appropriate.

2 Discovery
A brand worksheet will kick off the project. This serves as a jumping-off point for future conversation, and helps you to organize your thoughts and expectations.
The Discovery worksheet includes questions about your history, audience, competitors, and goals.
You’ll also receive a Brand archetype worksheet that is aimed specifically at brand identity outcomes.
Manifesto brainstorm — thought-starters geared towards eliciting who you are, and who you’re not.
Depending on your business, we may use additional tools, such as creating and defining audience personas.
Samples
You’ll gather and send samples of your existing branding, ( if you have any). The samples are a starting point from where I can establish what improvements I can make.
Research & Review
We’ll have a video meeting to discuss your worksheet answers in more depth, evaluate your existing material, and review your competitors’ branding.
I then create a document that summarizes your overall brand vision and attributes. I’ll also create moodboards of potential design directions.
We’ll arrange another video meeting to review and select a final moodboard (PDFs provided).

3 Concepts
I’ll create 3 initial concepts, shown as realistic mock-ups, based on the design direction you select. We will set up a time for a video meeting to review my initial concepts
(PDFs provided).

4 Refinement
As needed, we’ll refine the selected concept further.
How a round of revisions works:
• You’ll gather feedback internally
• You’ll provide all of the feedback at one time
• I will discuss and confirm the requested
edits and make the revisions.
• I will then submit a draft for review.
That completes one round of revisions.
An average project scope allows for 3 rounds of revisions. Should you require additional revisions, they will be billed at an hourly rate. (FYI, it usually takes less than 3 rounds per project component.)

5 Launch
After all design work is approved, I’ll create and deliver all final artwork files to you.
If your project includes a brand style guide, all the elements of your brand identity design will be captured in this document.
